At Chipboard Boxes, Folding Cartons, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every packaging order. If your boxes do not meet your specifications or arrive damaged, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the specific chipboard or folding carton items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unused boxes in their original packaging to prevent structural damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the carton.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned inventory, your refund or replacement order will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
